Assembly line transfer system

The Rexroth TS 2plus transfer unit ensures cost-effective production and has many facets. It is extremely versatile in that is it able to address a wide range of products. Apart from the plethora of roller chains, polyamide belts, flat top chains and other conveying media, the Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system offers a range of specific units to include transverse conveyors, curves, drive and position units.

Adding to this, the predefined macro modules reduce time and energy spent in planning and designing. The Rexroth TS 2plus transfer is equipped with heavy-duty components, which increase transport efficiency for heavy workpieces on small surfaces. The planned use of steel parts in critical areas instead of synthetic ones allows uninterrupted loads of up to 200 kg per meter.
