Industrial washing conveyor system

Our transportation systems allow to combine individual components of the washing lines with a details? storage filed. In this way, we create a complete technological lines of which length and layout can be freely changed by the customer. The construction of the modules allows to combine them in a variety of configurations.

When designing a system we take into consideration an individual way of details? loading.

Sample solutions:

manual feeder with a storage field for 2, 3, 4 technological baskets;
feeders with automatic weighing and archiving of details (e.g. the number of bins, the type of details, time washing, drying time, date, hour. etc);
roller conveyors carrying baskets details for any distance;
rotary feeder s in the shape of three-arm star;
feeders with a hydraulic platform lifting baskets from the pallet level.
