Telescopic piston / for hydraulic lifts

TCS telescopic jack is commonly used in lifts with limited space which can be introduced in narrow shafts: in 170 mm between shaft and car jack, chains and fixings can be installed.
For these reasons and thanks to the mechanical synchronisations, TCS jack is employed in all passengers lifts with 3 and 4 stops. However, its most common applications is in freight lifts, bed lifts and home lifts.
TCS telescopic jack is supplied in 2 or 3 stages mechanically synchronised by means of a chain which links the different stages.
TCS-2N model, equipped with an internal guide yoke, is used with lifts up to 6 meters travel and does not required any external guide yoke. TCS-2Y and 3Y models required an external guide yoke (T-rail 50x50x5)which is supplied as an option.
The jack is equipped with a traditional rupture valve or, alternatively, with a flow limiter combined with a pawl device.
This second solution presents some advantages in installations with more than two jacks.
