The BinMaster MultiBob inventory management system is intended for use in combination with SmartBob sensors, on various containers handling powders or bulk solid material, such as single bins, tanks and silos. This unit allows installation from 2 to 32 SmartBob sensors and averages the measurements of each unit, per user-settings via advanced eBob software, providing a single level measurement and percentage full for the bin. This method provides a far more detailed information on the amount of material remaining, and with enough sensor units, allows identifying various conditions within the tank, such as: cone up or cone down, high and low spots. This permits a targeted filling or discharge on bins with multiple fill and discharge points.
