The ES TrackerTM is a Conveyor belt emergency stop, pull-key monitoring system. It is programmed to continuously monitor the emergency stop (ES) switches along industrial conveyors. The ES TrackerTM is fully digital and send warning throughout the belt systems before start of operations and it also uses a high-speed data bus that transfers via DX-Bus to the central controller at the belt drive. A telemetry module will bhe installed in each existing pull-key boxes. The device can be expanded to include even add CO monitoring for your belt line. It has complete mine-wide monitoring systems can be supplied, encompassing all your emergency stop switches, as well as atmospheric monitoring for carbon monoxide, methane, oxygen and air velocity. The devise can also be a stand-alone monitoring and display system, or interface to belt PLC controllers.
