These performance-fin cold plates from LITRON presents an ultra-high performance and features two discs vacuum-fastened to each other using an interior fin. The basic performance-fin cold dish can be accessed in aluminum CP30. It also provides a big 7.8? x 11? (198 mm x 279 mm) mounting zone to accommodate board and several element fluid cooling in high heat load applications.

Additionally, the CP30 cold dish is engineering for prototyping elements, which means, majority of volume applications need modifiable cold dishes as per the performance as well as geometric needs.

The CP30 cold consists of greater performance grooved aluminum fin fastened into the hole under the mounting area of the cold dish. The fin generates turbulence, for lowering the fluid barrier and decrease the thermal protection.
