This drying, degassing and RGA analysis equipment has been developed in order to prepare vacuum tubes such as bulbs, X-Ray tubes, klystrons or yet travelling-wave tubes.

The pumping base unit is designed to be fitted with a mass spectrometer to perform residual gas analysis.











6 parts car be treated simultaneously. These parts are connected to a power supply thanks to electrical feed-throughs. The chamber is pumped down and flushed with nitrogen.
