A broad variety of standard tooling choices are available for bending different shapes of tubing, angle, channel, as well as flat stock, round stock and round tubing. Four flexible stops permit bends with ranging degrees to be progressively done.

The unit's updated controls aid operator safety, enhance reliability and offer programmable bends as a regular feature. The PLC-managed bending increases reliability, repeatability, and minimizes the set up time.

The updated control package includes an ergonomically positioned two-hand safety switch for extra user protection. An encoder and flexible"home" position proximity switch offers manual/auto selection with a programmable function.

In addition, the feature included is a "real time" bend angle display and parts counter. The Di-Acro power bender utilizes strong rack and pinion structure for rotating the tooling head.
