The Plasma Jet DST Series is a range of plasma-cutting machine from Knuth. This cutter allows the use of the Hypertherm plasma source. It is delivered with the Hypertherm MicroEDGE Pro CNC control and software package to provide an optimal control of the machine. It is also integrated with a sensor that is used for automatic torch height control (THC) and an electro-pneumatically controlled vacuum table.

The Plasma Jet DST has a solid construction that delivers maximum cutting precision. It has a dual-drive bridge and precise linear guides on all of its axes. The axes are driven by the dynamic AC servo and the zero-backlash planetary gears. It is also installed with low-wear and low-maintenance helical gears to allow continuous operation.
