Magnetic separator / metal / for pneumatic conveying

GF is a metal separator engineered by Sesotec. It detects and separates magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants in pneumatic conveyor pipes.

The separator can be installed vertically, horizontally or inclined, in vacuum and pressure pipes. It operates effectively even at high speeds, and removes rejected material into a container, without interruption to material flow. A "Quick flap" separation unit is showcased to minimize loss of good material.

The GF is equipped with a shutter valve to prevent leaked air in the pipeline. The assembling frame of the device ensures a fast and simple installation, and the mounting can be adjusted in vertical or horizontal position. The separator is constructed in a space-saving design, and provides easy operation of the control unit through pre-set parameters.
