Pneumatic conveying rotary valve / for bulk materials / round-flange

The BT series are rotary valves from ACS used for metering with airlock in bulk material processing. The series features an 8-vane rotary valve, and a return-side vent port design for reducing air leakage. The device manages pressure differentials easily, with up to 20 PSIG.

The valves has an outboard bearing design to protect the bearings in high-temperature and high-PSIG applications, and removes bearings from the direct path of damaging contaminants. In addition, they provide application-specific accessories, such as motion speed switch assembly. These equipment come in two heights of either 16.14" or 18.50", and two flange diameters of 8" or 10".
