Pneumatic conveying rotary valve / round-flange / explosion-proof

The machine is designed to be used for cleaning rotary systems. It uses extractor on rod system for this purpose. The machine comes in the nominal sizes of 50, 200, 250, 300 while its capacity is 0,8 m³/h to 38. It can be equipped with a rod system. Not using it is recommended only for size 150 and it is recommended with it for sizes that are upward of 200. It offers 1-way extraction. Bearing cover compared to drive + bucket wheel 2-way > Bearing cover + bucket wheel material. Its housing or bearing cover is made from structural steel and stainless steel. Its Bucket wheel is also made of structural steel or stainless steel.

Its other specifications are a T80 bucket wheel without boundary disks having 8,10 pockets rounded. Outboard bearings, a shaft seal sealing ring, a purging/barrier air connection. The surface of the product can be contaminated up to Ra = 0,8 µm. Transmission is through a slip on gear mechanism. It is hard-chromium-plated, chrome-steel and a tungsten-carbide coating acc. to ATEX.
