The Multi-Stage Vac/Air Vacuum System is a great economical way to start using vacuum in your job shop. For the infrequent, short run vacuum workholding jobs that your shop has been unable to quote previously, the MSVA-1 or MSVA-2 is a way to make those jobs profitable! These units use 17CFM of vacuum at 68psi of air pressure (consuming 7.0CFM of air pressure from your air compressor) with a maximum vacuum level of 24 inches of mercury at sea level. These units have a 1/4" NPT air inlet for an air fitting and a 1/2" NPT outlet for a vacuum hose barb. The unit has an approximate shipping weight of eight (8) pounds and is recommended for non-MDF board applications with vacuum chucks no larger than 250 square inches.
