Dense phase pneumatic conveying system / powder

Gericke has various pneumatic conveying systems to offer. We cover all possible conveying systems in both lean phase and dense phase.
All these systems are different in terms of the concentration load, gas velocity and the pressure range. For the phase conveying we use pressure senders. The product conveying can be carried out in plugs, layers or dunes. The gas velocities we provide range from 3 m/s to 25 m/s. Also, we provide the performances that range from less than a liter per hour to 150 cubic meters per hour to distances of up to 500 meters.
The lean phase technology we provide is used for conveying granulates, fine and coarse powders and grains. The throughput in this case is up to 50 cubic meters per hour for a distance of up to 100 meters.
