Mobile pneumatic conveying system / powder

The PTS is a portable powder transfer system that offers the benefits of the PTS unique filtration concept. It is designed to handle any dry or wet powder and is ideal for explosive, toxic or hygroscopic powders less than 1mJ. The system has multi-purpose operation capabilities and optimizes processes. Not only does it offer the advantages of a static system, it can easily be dismantled if required and repositioned anywhere in the production unit.

The vacuum pump and control panel are mounted on the trolley permanently, while the PTS itself can be set up on the process equipment for charging. Oxygen exclusion and containment are possible with this system, which is also capable of speeding up production while improving hygiene. It uses both pressure and vacuum to move and dispense all powders as if they were liquid.
