The Type 42 Series from AVM Automation is an integrated pneumatic cylinder that is driven by a rack and pinion system. This cylinder functions without absorbing shock and detecting. The rotating guide of the cylinder is directed by 2 ball bearings.

Its position can be adjusted using the mechanical thrust with a range of +/- 5°. This unit has an angular play of 0.3° at the end of stroke. The cylinder has a capacity to work on a pressure range of 2 up to 6 bar and a temperature range of 5 to 50 °C.
