The Rotacut RCP 150 band saw machine is designed for dry cutting applications. It is equipped with a 2000 W motor, which works at 230 V and is single-phase. The machine is geared to provide cutting speeds of 35 to 80 min-1. It incorporates efficient speed control along with heat regulation and overload prevention.

The highlight of the machine is its innovative and patented band tensioning mechanism. A dual ball bearing assembly facilitates excellent guiding of saw band, delivering high accuracy in cutting. The saw band is sized 1735 x 13 x 0.9 mm. The mitre provides cutting range of 0° to 45° in the left. The machine weighs 35 kg.
