The Rasacut TC is a single cut saw suitable for thin-walled tubes with a minimum of 0.4 mm wall thickness. It is especially suitable for delicate work pieces, such as those in the automotive, medical technology, and aerospace industries.

The machine's precisely calibrated forward feed is released using a servo axis. A low forward force is used by the saw blade to prevent deformation upon contact. The control based on the work piece parameters calculate the speeds independently. The machine also enables work piece clamping to securely attach fixed lengths.

The model features a quick resetting process. It can be easily operated through its user-friendly structure. The machine can be used within a wide application spectrum, from small batches of materials to full-scale mass production.
