The non-sparking hacksaw frame is designed by Hebei Botou Safety Tools Co Ltd and includes a hacksaw blade, aluminum pipe and cut rubber plastic. Hebei Botou Safety Tools Co Ltd has developed in excess of 360 products and more than 5,600 specifications of non-sparking tools. They use two types of material which are beryllium copper alloy and aluminum bronze. Every product is 100% tested to meet JIS M7002-96 standards for Japan and GB, and 10686-89 standards for China. They ensure that sparking is avoided when the tools rub, spark or collide with a target in an explosive atmosphere or flammable vapors. They are used extensively in petro-chemical plants, mines, shipyards, oil and gas works, explosive manufacturing, armed forces, pharmaceuticals, airports, pipeline construction, and more.

The aluminum bronze alloy has a brinell hardness of 221-291, a 782N/mm2-989N/mm2 breaking force, extensibility of ??5%, density of 8.10g/cm3 and 1.2 magnetic force. The beryllium copper alloy has a brinell hardness of 283-365, a 1,117N/mm2-1,326N/mm2 breaking force, extensibility of ??1.0%, density of 8.60g/cm3 and is not magnetic.
