The Infineon pressure sensors offer extra-high performance in various automotive applications today and have lots of versions with different pressure ranges. Their unique design features micro-machined capacitive sensor cell arrays and monolithic integration through the BiCMOS process. Due to these features, sensors have the capacity to conduct self analysis and gather important signals and information. These signals are processed digitally to provide the best possible results. All this has led to the extreme use of these pressure sensors in crash detections, pedestrian protection, engine management processes, fuel vapor control, seat comfort features and similar. They can also be used in industrial and consumer applications such as altimeters, weather stations & many more.
