Explosion-proof pneumatic I/P transducer

Type-595XP is an explosion proof I/P transducer that can transform a 420mA electrical current signal, into a proportionally linear pneumatic control. Conversion technology using open loop control offers accuracy and repeatability for the operation of its actuated valves. The device is equipped with a low mass control circuit responsible for consistent output in high-vibration operations. Variations of wiring and porting simplifies installation, and decreases installation time. The unit is encased in an explosion proof housing that is designed for pipes, bracket, or direct manifold mounting. The internally safe field equipment is also available with an integral volume booster, or as a low-flow signal converter. Furthermore, panel or pipe mounting, and optional DIN rail, and manifold mounting kits are also available.
