In the production chain, thermoforming machines are as important as finishing and packaging lines, without neglecting materials recycling. OMG offers a wide range of punching machines, profiling machines, cutting robots, skin blister, skin pack and grinders.

Punching machines series: OM models
Together with the AC thermoforming machines, this simple system allows the accurate punching of the mold profile.
The hollow punch is laterally loaded, putting the pieces to be cut inside it and overlapping a nylon layer. The whole package is dragged between two rolls that compress the nylon towards the blades cutting the wastage.
The download of the pieces is manually carried out on the opposite side by an operator.
