Rotary drum air dryer

The MD rotary drum dryers offered by Atlas Copco allow for dry air downstream from centrifugal compressors and oil-free screws. They use compression heat for a broad range of processes requiring pressure dew-points as low as -13 °F/25°C. With their energy savings, the dryers can also be used for applications involving refrigerated dryers (3°C/37°F).

A 100% output flow capacity is guaranteed with the MD dryers, thus making them superior to other desiccant dryers that can consume as much as 15% of compressed air. Benefits of the MD series include a reliable process, low cost of ownership, impressive end products and flexibility.
