OCXO oscillator / crystal

Greenray Industries' YH1322 Series OCXO offers ovenized crystal oscillator for tight phase noise and is available in a 2 in. square package. The typical phase noise is 150 dBc (@ 100 Hz offset). Available dimensions are 50.8 x 50.8 x 19.05 mm (2.0 x 2.0 x 0.75 in.) package. The frequency range is 10 - 120 MHz and the phase noise floor level is -170 dBc. It features low phase noise performance from 10MHz through 120MHz. It is perfect to use for Base Station or Test Equipment applications. Its frequency is 10.0 MHz to 120.0 MHz. The output is Sinewave, +10dBm min into 50 ohms. Harmonics are 20dBc. The input voltage is +15 VDC ± 5% - Option C and +12 VDC ± 5% - Option D.
