Hot water thermostatic valve

Premix Safety Mixer is a high mixing capacity thermostatic valve. This valve is designed specially to temper the water to safety showers. The valve is available in four sizes of Premix 20, 25, 32, and 40. The mixed water temperature can be adjusted easiy in the range of +15 C 35 C. The temperature is set to +25 when the equipment is shipped from the factory. The temperature can be adjusted with the help of adjustment screws on the unit.

The valve will close the flow of hot water automatically, id there is a breakdown on the cold water side. To prevent the valve from getting damaged due to dust, it is included with two strainers. The maximum working pressure is PN 10 and maximum working temperature is 65 C. The mixer will be delivered with solder fittings. Art no. 9733, Premix Safety Mixer ¾ (DN20) with a capacity of 120 lit/min, 9734 Premix Safety Mixer 1 (DN25) with a capacity of 190 lit/min.
