Release agent / for plastics

Multi-purpose product that is a substitute for silicone based products - essential if
subsequent painting or printing operations are required. It can be used as a mould release
(including compression moulding), as a lubricant (including in a cleanroom), an antispatter
release agent and for water proofing and surface shining operations. It complies
with food industry specifications.
BENEFITS
Clear, odourless product with high anti-adherence at interface.
Ideal for mould stripping where silicone baed products will hinder future painting and
printing operations.
Has a temperature range of -40 to +200°C, continuously.
Enables further coating operations such as painting, screen printing or other
decoration.
Can be used as a water repellent and as a polish.
Aerosol formulation uses environmentally friendly CO2 propellant and a patented
filling system containing 97% active product - masts up to three times longer.
Formulation graranteed free of CFC, 1,1,1 trichloroethane, dichloromethane,
trichlorethylene, perchloroethylene and aromatic.
