Thermal transfer label printer-applicator / one-color / RFID / for labels

The 20.66 RFID labeling system by LSI is the answer to printing, encoding and applying RFID tags and labels. It is based on the Series 20 Print & Apply platform, and integrates the Model 066 Reject Tamp Blow Applicator, and is crafted in a way that it accommodates 15 to 20 percent "Bad Tag" yields that are typically found with RFID labels from most label converters.

The most recent RIFD print engines by Zebra, Sato or Datamax can be incorporated into the Model 20.66 RFID in order to support EPC Class 1 UHF RFID tags. On release by printer manufacturers, further upgrades for multi-protocol readers and Generation 2 tags will be available as well.

The series 20 is equipped with a PLC and LCD operator interface. Some other features of the series includes a built in product counteras well as up to 50 recipe set-up storage locations. Additionally, it can be replaced by the Allen Bradley 1500 Micrologix PLC too. It has a provision for three options that are Low Label Sensor, Web Break Sensor and a Label/Ribbon Out Sensor.
