RFID BUNDLE TRACKING SYSTEM

TUKAtrack's asset tracking system uses RFID technology to track the production of garment bundles in real-time through all stages of manufacturing. This inexpensive and advanced RFID solution was created specifically for garment markers and apparel manufacturers, and can dramatically increase the efficiency of both large and small facilities.

SIMPLE TO IMPLEMENT

Each bundle has an RFID card that the operator scans after finishing the bundle. Data is input into the reader. Reader gathers relevant data and sends it to a central computer. The reader also displays production information from the central computer to the operator.

AUTOMATICALLY GENERATE REPORTS

Hardware and software work together to provide up-to-the-minute reports and analysis for every sewing room by style, cut number, customer, production line, and operator. Quality Control Reports, Cost Variance, Gross and Accumulated Payroll reports can all be generated.

POWERFUL RESULTS

RFID cards allow the manager to oversee their entire production process. Each operator's individual efficiences can be used for pre-planning. Compare past history with current data to determine whether your process changes are working.
