This instrument is compact having a space saving design with a simple out-of-the-box setup to allow operation on the day of delivery. It robust construction is corrosion resistant due to the sealed electronics chassis, conformal coated electronic boards and coated main driver screw; protecting it against the harshest of chemical environments. An internet downloadable firmware allows simple reprogramming. It is constructed from superior materials to give an inert, metal-free PTFE and PEEK liquid flow path decreasing sample contamination risk and prolonging the life of the instrument. A Powerful X, Y, Z axis movement resists effects of environmental buildup. Its accuracy is ensured by precision engineered automated sample probe arm and stationary sample racks which virtually eliminates errors with an Auto-Zero Feature for intelligent sample probe re-homing device dramatically reduces accidental sample intake errors. Furthermore a continuous flow sample probe rinse station with peristaltic pump minimizes sample contamination and carryover.
