The Bidirectional Diode Array SP1004 Series is a device used to protect every input or output pin against Electrostatic Discharges (ESD) and high surged events. Without performance degradation, it can securely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at surge current per IEC 61000-4-2 international standards. This device is also capable in protecting high speed signal pins, due to low loading capacity which is 5 pF per I/O. Its maximum low leakage is 01 µA at 5 V. This series is suitable for MP3 or PMP's, DVD players, monitors or notebooks, mobile phones, digital cameras, set top boxes, and other related applications.
