Worm screw jack / translating screw / motorized

The INKOMA-DSH screw jack overcomes the limitations of conventional screw jacks and then screw jacks with worm/wormwheel or bevel gear sets. This device does not contain any internal gear system. It comes with a special torque motor which directly drives the ball screw spindle. This helps in providing smooth backlash free rotation.

The INKOMA-DSH screw jack offers virtually mechanical loss free operations. It carefully selects the bearings to provide spindle with the strength to withstand both tensile and compressive loads. The device is robust and can be used for high dynamic applications. It offers high repeatable positioning accuracy. These units can be synchronized during operations in the system. Its screw jacks can also be positioned at different levels. The device can offer cycle times of 7 cycles per second and lifting speeds of 32m/min.
