Wet type gas scrubber / chemical

The GEA Wiegand® submerged scrubber by is an optimal device that mixes the separation of particles with physical or chemical absorption. It is capable of providing an additional spray nozzles for dust separation and absorption. This mixer contains an angular organized scrubbing channel and has a gas outlet that is connected to the sink, then to the scrubbing liquid. The exhaust gas enters the channel from top and leaves it through the submersion in the scrubbing fluid. The washing effect will be completed during the high contact in the forming bubble layer.

This device has a broad range of application and a compressed structure. It is specifically well suited for intense temperatures and high pollutant concentrations. In addition to the said information, this device can be added tot each components in applying in the field of hot gas to change the unit to a submerged jet quench.
