When there is a need to adapt the encoder electronic characteristics to the controller, then this board is used. The wiring is drastically reduced by mounting all the boards in a single support. The main functions of EMB include - output signal splitting as well as adoption of output stages. It often happens to have an encoder with a 5 Vdc output and a control that accepts only 24 Vdc data.

There may be a need to use an encoder that is connected with a controller at same voltage and different electronics. This device can solve a broad array of problems. For furthur information, you can check the ordering code given in the back page. There can be two different voltages presented on the board. Hence, it should be supplied through the X4 connect with the high voltage to be used. Moreover, one can obtain eight outputs by ssembing more.
