Mercury Systems is a leading designer and manufacturer of various broadband test solution platforms. These platforms are developed specially for wireless telecommunications and satellite communication markets which use TDMA, CDMA, GSM, PCS, HDTV application standards. They are also suited for other markets, which use cable modem transmission along with other internet infrastructure systems.

The test equipment is mainly focussed on four platforms. These include carrier-to-noise, automated noise generators, bench-top noise generators and hand-held power meter devices. A range of tests are performed by these platforms. These tests are used in performance verification and impairments emulation in cellular/PCN/PCS, television, satellite and cable modem communication applications.

Mercury Systems also offers carrier to noise generators or CNG instruments. These provide automatic noise addition to a signal to an accurately settable Eb/No or C/N. These are used for checking BER (bit error rate) and other specifications of digital radios, satellite modems, mobile phone or WLL base stations and handsets.

Also available are ANG series of noise generators. This architecture is most flexible available in the market for automated noise generators.
