Maximum strength is obtained through a pre-stressed tie rod assembly that C43 chromed steel. This is 1303 CNOMO (1304 CETOP-1305 ISO) series which are strong and can be used successfully on virtually any application. It is made of oxidised aluminium and solid aluminium bar up to Ø100, alloy aluminium from Ø125 to Ø200. Pressure activated seals are used at rod gland and tube ends, designed to eliminate extrusion and to provide positive leak tight seal. Pneumax's compact, lightweight, high force actuators that serve as a cost effective alternative to hydraulic solutions. Flexible control that can solve all sorts of problems.
