Horizontal divider / for conveyors

TGW transfer pairs are designed for high performance and maximum versatility with safety features. The units with swivel-mounted wheels transfer loads between parallel conveyors. They can also divert loads at a 90°, 45°, or 30° angle, with a 6,000 unit per hour throughput rate. With the innovative construction, the gaps are completely covered. This makes these units safe and reliable to use in workplace applications, as cartons do not get stuck.

The divert wheels are actuated row-by-row with WAVE technology. A variety of items can be transferred, in sizes ranging from 150 x 150mm to 800 x 600mm. The travel speed is optimized up to 2m/s. Wheel rows can be replaced without tools. Very little maintenance is required and repair times are very short.
