Optical sorting machine / automatic / for die casting

Automatic Die Feeding and Sorting (ADFS) machine can feed, mark, and sort Drawing and Enameling Dies by combining CU4, CU5, and CU10 with 112cm (44inch) of stacked die holding capacity in each input column. Categorically sorting of dies is done through out put positions. The average cycle time is 5 seconds + measurement time + marking time (if applicable) with 2 seconds or less for diameter and ovality measurement. Time taken for complete profile measurement is 20 seconds (2 profiles, range 20°, step angle 2°) to 65 seconds (4 profiles, range 28°, step angle 1°) i.e. 7 seconds for total cycle time for diameter and ovality and 25-70 seconds for full profile measurements. ADFS has two different sorting alternatives: Linear and Matrix. The standard linear sorting can sort into 10 classes/output boxes where as standard matrix sorting can sort into 70 classes/output boxes both without sacrificing the cycle times described above.
