DR 2800 series of portable Cuvette-based spectrophotometer from Hach combines operational ease with accurate measurement capabilities. Each cuvette is identified using the unique bar-code and measured 10 times to avoid any possible errors. The highlight of the series is its advanced user interface. The spectrometer provides an immediate and accurate measurement in mg/l on just inserting the cuvette into the open cuvette compartment. No buttons pressed and no long line of programs to feed in. The console features glare-free back-lit graphic touch-screen with ample dimensions to clearly read the results and an interactive menu to easily guide through setup and calibration. When not in use, the display lights can be switched to save power, and thereby, increase the battery life to up to 40 hours.
