Robuschi launches the triple impact solution for wastewater treatment plants, ROBOX energy: premium efficiency, smart and flexible, compact. ROBOX energy combines the unique characteristics of the RSW "core" (Robuschi patent) - the latest generation ?oil free? screw compressor, with the innovative permanent magnet motor with integrated electrical panel and inverter, including the consolidated characteristics of simplicity and reliability of the ROBOX evolution blower units. It can reach up to 1000 mbar(g) pressure and capacities up to 4200 m³/h.
Maximum Energy Efficiency
The maximum output of RSW internal compression, in combination with the incredible efficiency of permanent magnet motor, directly fitted on the conductor shaft, prevent any potential loss of power arising from the belt drive, as well as ensure greater energy saving compared to other technologies available on the market. Moreover, the turn up and down capacity required by wastewater treatment processes can be matched successfully with ROBOX energy, in fact, the efficiency remains always high, without any drop as normally happens with synchronous electric motor (even IE4).
Smart and Flexible
The combination of RSW screw compressor and motor with permanent magnets allows speed adjustments, wide turndown and high efficiency on the whole operating field. Surely, the ROBOX energy package is extremely versatile, in fact it is possible to place separately the FVD supply board in order to satisfy any customer requirements. In addition, thanks to its latest generation (HMI) ?touch screen? control panel, ROBOX energy becomes a smart solution, which interacts with the plant and oversees all the running parameters.
