GPS Modulo is a machine suitable for grinding, satin finishing and finishing operations on square and rectangular tubes, bars, sheets and plates made of stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass etc, and particularly for deburring operations on plasma/laser cut or sheared sheets. The unit can be supplied in 3 different versions - n° 1 ?A? module + n° 1 ?B? module - n° 2 ?A? modules - n° 2 ?B? modules. Working process is wet, with cooling mixture sprayed on the work-piece and sent into a filtering device to clean up from residuals. The machine can be supplied with certain equipment on request, which include dust collection cap for dry processing, abrasive belt double cutting speed, air blower to dry parts and front or rear rollers to hold work-pieces on both machine entrances.
