Ideal solution for the sanding of large mouldings such as window and door components. Brushtech does fine and light sanding of raw materials or primers. Equipped with flexible abrasive brushes, the sanding unit conforms perfectly to the profile. Allows in-line-sanding of the component on three or four sides. Each brush group can be independently controlled for angle, pressure, height and speed.

What it does
It can be used for the fine sanding of raw products or for the denibbing of impregnating products and for the light sanding of many types of priming lacquers.
It is equipped with flexible abrasive brushes, perfectly adaptable to the form of the moulding.

Direct In-line-sanding of the moulding or the disassembled window on three or four sides.
Possibility of regulation of height, profundity, inclination and rotation of each brush group.
All heads are equipped with a special spherical joint allowing the inclination of the heads for the best possible finishing of the surfaces.
