Multi-brush sander for flat or profiled parts, raw or coated. Smartsand can be incorporated into an existing coating line, or off-line for secondary processing. Smartsand 1: For flat panels, doors and slightly raised panels and edges. Includes two counter-rotating brushes with working angles from 0° to 15°. Smartsand 2: Ideal for complex, raised panels. Features an eight-brush orbital system. Additional Features: Independent lift system, conveyor and touch-screen control.
What it does

Smartsand by Sorbini can be included in a coating line, or it can rather work independently off-line as standalone machine.
It is produced in two different versions:
Smartsand 1: suitable for the smoothing of panel edges and sanding of panels or flat kitchen cabinet doors and low raised panels; it is equipped with two counter rotating brushes which can be inclined from 0° to 15°.
Smartsand 2: suitable for the sanding of kitchen cabinet doors and particularly complex, high raised doors; equipped with patented orbital system with eight brushes.
