Technological development
The MV-CS (Medium Voltage Control System) is a combination of different technologies and voltage levels. These aspects open new perspectives for medium voltage switchgears.

The main aspect of this switchgear is the strict division into two components.
1) basic unit:
The basic unit does not compromise any electric relevant components expect the bus bars for the energy distribution (including contacts for the slide-in) no electric relevant components. The risk of failure is tending to 0. This guarantees that no exchange and service is necessary after installation.
2) slide-in unit:
The slide-in unit includes all electric relevant components for each possible option. Therefore 99.99% of all failures within the system are appearing in the slide-in. Slide-ins may be exchanged within a few minutes because these units are rollable. Therefore the functionality is guaranteed after service.
