Tension load cell

The plate load cell works according to the strength measuring principle on a transverse basis to the longitudinal axis.

The KWZ-60 is suitable for measuring of tension forces.

Attractions can be included at lifts, cranes, rope tensions to masts of radio transmitting installations, chimneys, cooling towers, gondolas, assembly platforms, tunnel stiffenings etc.

It is executed as a s-shaped beam with a measuring cell. To 20 kN nominal load are is series two anchor clevises LA-5/2 (3.250 kg) appropriate. This makes possible a simply putting in to load hooks, trolleys, oval eyes, for chain conduits, raising belts etc.

The strain gauge bridges measure the deformation caused by clipping strengths on the beam in the measuring cell. An integrated amplifier delivers the measuring signal between 1 and 9 mA or between 4 and 20 mA impressed current. The calibration is carried out by use of a resistor, parallel connected with a strain gauge bridge (software calibration).

The KWZ-60 is assigned for the direct coupling to an automatic control or a controlling switch.
