Application
Mono Block centrifugal pump has been designed to give economical trouble free operation over a maximum service life The engineering knowledge and manufacturing experience of over sixty years are combined to give a superior and reliable performance. It is most suitable for domestic and general-purpose use

Design
In Mono Block Pumps the impeller is mounted on the end of the motor shaft. The design is compact and light weight occupying very little space. Our design of Mono Block Pumps, incorporating the latest technology, has left behind all the pumps with coupling of shaft system and proved to be having highest performance and efficiency. The shaft is ground to close tolerances to house the bearings. The three vane semi closed type impeller is so designed as to have minimum end thrust. A carbon faced mechanical Seal running on a ceramic stationary face is fitted to give long life protection against leakage. The pedestal is part of motor body.

Specification
Volute casing balanced impeller, pump support and motor body are of gray cost Iron, shaft of Steal AISI -1050, enclosed type two pole motor with external ventilation, single phase 220/250 volts 50 Hz, capacitor type.
