The TELEDYNE HASTING INSTRUMENTS (THI), Series 200 Mass Flow Meter & Controller are basically general purpose mass flow meters and controllers for flow ranges from 0-10 sccm to 0-500 slm. These units are applicable in laboratory and industrial environments, high and low flows, corrosive gases and very high temperatures.

This module is facilitated with elastomeric seals, analog output, stainless steel construction, controllers with normally closed valve etc. These units can accommodate large flows ranges up to 15,000 slm with laminar flow element. The unit comes in two versions (15VDC and 24VDC).

Additionally, 24 VDC variant can be equipped with PLC and other installations like gas skids, instrumentation chassis etc.
