Static torque sensor / with digital output

CHATILLON® presents STS torque sensors. These sensors have a full-bridge strain gauge configuration and have a 15-pin plug. These sensors are meant for use only with the Chatillon DFS-R-ND Series digital indicator.

The memory within the sensor plug is used for storing the sensors torque values and sensitivity factors. The device automatically recognizes capacity and calibration points when it is attached to a DFS-R-ND indicator. The device then transforms into a full-featured unit for torque measurement. The STS Series torque sensor complies with ASTM E4 and BS EN ISO 7500 part 1 for a +0.3% accuracy sensor.

The sensors are joined to the DFS-R-ND using a retractable cord that is fully extendible to almost 9 ft. (3 m). They have a ready-to-use operation with the DFS-R-ND gauge. They provide up to 0.1% FS accuracy. Data is provided based on NIST calibration. They provide a warranty of 1 year.
