Automatic rotary transfer machine to assemble rotor armatures.

BASIC CONFIGURATION

1. Stack selecting station: stack selection from piles of loose laminations. Stack height set by the operator and according to the customer?s needs, with possible stack split rotation ½-½ or ¼-½-¼ to improve stack flatness and balancing. Stack placement on the rotary table.

2. Empty station.

3. Shaft inserting station: shaft drawn from feeder box and inserted into the stack by means of a hydraulic/hydro-pneumatic/electromechanical press up to the required position, with possible end-laminations coining.

4. Armature unloading station: armature picking up by a manipulator, orientation and placing on pallet line, chain or chute.
