H&B Sensors manufacture constant wattage heaters that are designed to operate at a fixed wattage with watt densities of up to 20W/cm and temperatures of up to 900°C. The Miniature Heaters have a Ø1.5mm sheath diameter and are flexible enough to be formed into virtually any shape whilst still providing uniform thermal output over its entire length.

All heaters are manufactured with virtually non-hygroscopic materials and are hermetically sealed with a choice of terminations to suit most applications.

Miniature Heaters are manufactured with either Ø1.5mm Nickel or Inconel® sheaths and thermocouples can also be incorporated into the heater so that exact temperature control of the process is easily achieved.
