The High-Temperature Tubular Heaters from Watlow are engineered with a special internal construction housed within an Inconel® 600 outer sheath enabling reduced oxidation as well as resistance from corrosion. These heaters have the capacity to process air heating up to 1800?F (983?C) at maximum sheath temperature, with 1300?F (704?C) excess heat capabilities, increasing its overall performance and durability by at least half. It has a sheath length of 275 inches at maximum, but users may request for longer sheath lengths depending on its needed application.

Users may also choose between 0.430 inch or 0.375 inch diameters that are customizable and can be used for process heaters or formed tubulars, which may be welded onto plates or flanges if needed for mounting.
